Polyphasic Sleep and Productivity: Sleeping less & getting more done (eBook) - 2015

5.00 15.00

A 100-page productivity guide I wrote back in my second year of University, while I was crumbling under my workload and desperately trying to create time for life on the side.

The first half is a productivity guide: It covers ambitious goal setting, ruthless time management strategies, and some tips for working through psychological hang ups to studying (procrastination etc). The second half discusses sleeping well, napping effectively, and how to optimally cut your sleep back using polyphasic schedules when times are tough.

What do I think about it now?

Pretty cheesy, but my jaw never fails to drop when I look at my determination and how insane my schedules were at the time. If you're a desperate student that needs motivation, or some quick dirty tactics to fill your brain with information, I think you'll love it.

FAQ: I don't use polyphasic sleep anymore, and probably won't again. Why? Polyphasic sleep isn't a long term strategy - it's a tool for deadlines, and I don't have very many of those anymore, thankfully.
